CONTRACT TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT TO SELL, made and executed this 30th day of August, 2020 by and between:

ISAIAH ERVIN DY LEE, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and postal address
at CSL Bldg., 1919 Agoncillo St., Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila, hereinafter referred to as
the "SELLER";

-AND-

VENUS ATA GARCIA, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at San
Roque St., Brgy. Abar 1st, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, hereinafter referred to as the "BUYER".

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute owner of a laptop with the following details:

Model: Apple Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2017)

Processor: 2.9 GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7
Memory: 16 Gb 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Startup Disk: MAC
Graphics: Radeon Pro 560 4 GB
Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB
Serial No.: C02TP62BHTD6

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the above
mentioned property under the terms and conditions herein below set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the total sum of SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PHP 68,850.00) Philippine Currency, and of the covenants
herein after set forth the SELLER agrees to sell and the BUYER/VENDEE agrees to buy the
aforesaid property subject to the following term and condition:

1. The total consideration shall be Sixty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty (PHP 68,850.00)
Pesos, Philippine Currency, payable as follows:

a. The amount THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php: 300,000.00) PESOS, representing

earnest money shall be payable by the BUYER to the SELLER upon the delivery of the item;

2. The original Apple Magsafe Power Adapter, Official Receipt, and box shall also be included along
with the principal item upon delivery.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their electronic signatures, this 30th
day of August, 2020 in the Philippines.
