Some people prefer to work for a large company, while others prefer to work in
a small office. Which size company do you prefer to work in? Use specific
examples to support your choice.

Employees often look for a job in a small company but I myselft decide to
work in a large firm. This is primarily because company opens up more
opportunities to improve communication skills, provides me with significant
benefit and competitive working enviroment.

Firstly, a large company opens up more opportunities to improve

communication skills. As I’m working in a foreign joint venture firm, I regularly
communicate with domestic and foreign client. Besides, I constantly have to go
abroad to meet customers and research the market for the company. I used to be a
really bad person to communicate with people and it was very difficult to speak
English with me. But since I started working at the company, my English
communication has improved considerably.

The second reason I decided to work for a large company was because the
company was giving me significant benefits. The benefits that the company gives
me such as health insurance, social insurance, revenue commission,... In addition,
the company also regularly organizes luxury trips for employees to relax after
successful projects to reward their efforts. Besides, the company is also very
concerned about employee health, so it should organize periodic health checks for
employees every 6 months. Therefore, the employees always work hard and
always complete the assigned projects.

Lastly, the company has created a competitive working environment. A

competitive working environment helps promote the productivity of individuals as
well as employees. There is always competition between teams in strategic
projects. The best completed team will receive a worthy reward. As a result, the
employees work hard with the assigned tasks and the business of the company is
increasing.

For these reasons, I decided to work at a large company to not only improve
myself but also challenge myself. And from that draw valuable experiences.
