    This is the bill I tendered into the court, which still has not been paid by these psychopathic deadbeats! I served the "special crown prosecutor" and her boss who was at the time holding public office as The Solicitor and Attorney General for Alberta. I billed them for false arrest, extortion under color of law, defamation, slander, libel, unlawful detainment, false statement of facts, etc. in a case against me wherein they falsely accused me of "paper terrorism" after she withdrew after 2 hours on the first day of a scheduled 7-day jury trial where the prosecution was asking 14 yrs in prison for serving a peace officer with a bill for extortion under color of law and FRAUD and then simply;y seeking direction from the court by asking the clerk of the civil court if my documents met their standards and had the proper elements for a default judgment. The clerk sent it to the same cRooked judge who dismissed my lawsuit against Alberta CPS for abducting my children against a court order with no cause. Coincidence, I think not. Imagine my surprise when they tried charging me with Intimidating a justice official for simply serving a bill for depriving me of my rights by extortion under color of law and asking if I did it to standard for it to valid to enter into their court after being told repeatedly while going through their family court system my documents were "gibberish and nonsense". The code they claimed I violated is normally used for jury tampering within the Canadian legal fiction. They blew it way out of proportion, making it sound like I was a big bad letter-writing intimidator, whose only purpose was to file invalid documents into court in order to obfuscate their fraudulent simulated court processes, for essentially just doing the same thing to the officer as he did to me, giving him a fine. The only difference being; I was unarmed, and somehow I was intimidating him with paperwork when he was fully armed when he gave me his paperwork! They made a big spectacle on national news pretty much citing me as guilty, when there hadn't even been a hearing yet. I'm guessing, in some vain attempt to discredit me so others would not follow my lead and seek restitution after being EXTORTED for a code violation of their traffic and safety act. Which is a malum prohibitum non-crime, with no public complaint and no injured party, which in the end, they could not prove I was lawfully obligated to obey! They carried it all the way to a trial, imposing restrictions on me as if I was a murderer...all the while intimidating ME and using all manner of fear tactics. Seeking higher penalties and bumping it up to their superior court venue, Queens Bench, in order to extort me into pleading guilty and accept very unreasonable punishment, after asking for them to produce evidence their code even applied to me! To the reader; this is easily deduced after examining sections 15, 32, and 52 of their corporate "Charter of Rights and Freedoms" and following the hierarchy of law. i.e. inferior law, (section 15, statutory codes and acts of parliament created by defacto usurpers), which was created under the authority of the superior law, (section 52, stated to be the law of the land endorsed by the queen, but really is an act of the British parliament), can only convey the same attributes as the law it was created from. section 32 states clearly in section 32 that it only applies to government employees, members of parliament, and the legislators of the provinces) If you didn't think the actual wording of their code was clear enough the Canadian Heritage fund publicizes a book on the interpretations of the Chartered rights by a couple of lords in council called "Your Guide to the Canadian Charter of Rights" wherein under the explanation of "Section 32: THIS CHARTER APPLIES TO" there is a commentary similar to cliff notes that states and I quote; "The purpose of section 32 is to make it clear that the Charter only applies to govern

    1. Upon kidnapping, arrest and unlawful detainment of Trustee and unlawful creation of the colorable
    persona under color of law, and failure to collapse the said unauthorized Cestui Que Trust, the Consignee
    confesses, agrees and consents to being legally bound to honor this tort obligation.

    2. By failing to honor the laws of contracts, international commerce, the Law Merchant, and by failing to
    honor trust law and sworn fiduciary and/or Ecclesiastical duties & obligations the consignee(s) are in
    violation of the above infractions.

    3. Consignee confesses, agrees and consents that as a holder of Public Office they have committed a grave
