1. Readiness for resumption of Metro services


- Discussion on draft SOP for ensuring COVID-19 protocols.
- Planning for entry/exit points, deployment of staff and their briefing.
- Protocol for cleaning of frequently touched surfaces at stations and rakes
- Protocol for working of air conditioning system in rakes and stations
- Availability of adequate quantities of cleaning chemicals and disinfectant
and protective items with staff.
- Fitment of sanitizer dispensers at Metro stations.
- Inspection of stations and rakes

2. Expeditious finalisation of Zonal maintenance contracts. (PCE)

3. Additional inputs required in power supply system to run Metro services with
headway of 3 minutes in North-South corridor. Review of inputs already
planned.(PCEE)

4. Compliance of CRS observations given for authorisation to extend services to


Phool Bagan.
- Preparation of small video and pamphlet for Phool Bagan opening.
(CPRO)
- Extension of CRS sanction

5. Review of Action being taken for increasing Non-Fare revenue.

6. QR code based mobile ticketing;


- Monitoring progress for East-West Metro
- Action for provision of QR code scanner at AFC gates of North South Metro.

7. Follow up of issues identified in Rolling Stock Road map.


- Suggestions for improving safety and reliability standards and moving
towards manufacture of world class coaches (Booklet system/sub system
wise.

8. Proposal for Automatic Coach Washing Plant in Noapara car shed under ERW.
9. Progress in procurement of automatic smart card dispensing machines.

10. Progress in procurement of baggage scanner (PCMM/PCSC)

11. Personnel Branch issues;


- Issue of e-Pass/e-PTO
- Details of pending SF-5 cases
- Pending selections as per selection calendar of 2019-20.
- Cases where selections held but results not declared.
- Implementation of E-office in personnel branch.
- Updated position of entry, verification and acceptance of Employee Master
& e-SR in HRMS module.

12. Progress of work for shifting of RPF office.

13. Vacation of 10th floor by DFCCIL.

14. Metro Railway official website may be screened, necessary information may
be updated, unwanted information may be removed.

15. Improvement in condition of offices located in Metro Bhavan;


- Sorting and disposal of records which are beyond the required retention
period.
- Disposal of broken furniture, old type writers, condemned computers and
monitors.
- Dismantling of unnecessary enclosures, substantial reduction in number of
Almirahs.
- Digitisation of drawings and release of space occupied by drawings storage.
- Allocation of space as per the present-day relevance of the activity.
- Providing modern workstations and comfortable working environment by
temperature & humidity control to improve efficiency of staff.
