I _______________________, wrote this letter to inform the

Administrator in Albay Public Market that I am who manage Rios
Canteen located at Albay Public Market is a business partner of Mr. &
Mrs. Soria (Raymond Patrick B. Soria & Mrs. Shiela V. Soria). Due to
my health condition, I cannot anymore manage the said business so I
am voluntarily and willingly give my permission to my business partners
that from now on they will be the one who will take over the managing
of the Rios canteen. They have the legal right to operate & are liable of
further obligations of the said business.

To prove that this letter is agreed by both parties they are also a
signatory of this letter.
