Agenda and Discussions

I. Student Matters
The adviser talked on the failing grades, absences, and tardiness of the students.
She encouraged the parents to follow – up the grades and monitor attendance of their
children/wards.

II. Card and Certificate Holders/cases

The parents approved to have a uniform case on holder for cards and certificate.
They agreed to contribute the amount of 40.00 for the cases. They preferred to have the
color black. The contribution is due on February 26, 2019.

III. Moving Up Ceremony

The adviser informed the parents that the moving up is on April 4, 2019. The
completers will wear their uniform as their attire.

IV. Others
The adviser reminded the parents on their financial obligations and encouraged
them to pay their balances on the PTA sanctioned fees.

V. Card Showing
The adviser distributed the cards of the students to their parents for them to see
the grades of their children and to affix their signatures for the third quarter.
