The economy today has evolved rapidly, large and small companies have revolutionized
in terms of technology. International management has increased in its generation of
employment and commercialization, causing countries to venture into innovation.
Regarding culture, socio-economic interaction has also changed since most of the
acquisition of products is handled through electronic devices, providing agility in the
processes.

In Europe, having adopted the use of digital technologies has managed to grow their
productivity, ability to innovate and rise in this digital world, other countries are trying to

market and user-friendly, this project is important for Europe for future growth and

thermostat" was exaggerated, but it was stipulated that its value was high due to the self-
learning system controlled by sensors, Wi-Fi and programmable devices. Its operability
with the internet, also the users' smartphone and tablet, this is what brings an advantage
to this European company, and increases the innovative companies with products that use
the internet and make devices increasingly intelligent and focused on the interactive user.

integrating them by digitizing them guarantees the success of companies since it gives
them agility in subcontracting, terms of location and value chains. In addition, it facilitates

Services have been considered inferior compared to manufacturing, it has low productivity
in the industry and the jobs are not of good quality, few countries in Europe have
prioritized services, however it is considered to have high potential since it can be obtained
quick benefits in growth and innovation. The service sector employs more skilled workers
than manufacturing, it is time to understand that an industrial sector depends on the quality
and the conjunction of these service markets.

time and with the implementation of new trends where it is shown that companies that
do not have this implementation are less productive, while those that innovate in this
area They can show agility in their production and marketing, it is easier for them to

information and in acquiring different products and services. Additionally, it must be at
the forefront of new technologies that provide improvement in jobs, providing quality
