Dear sir,

I am aasish from Itahari.I recently bought gionee p7 max smartphone


on 2074/01/01.I have been facing problems since the very first day i bought it.
At first there was signal problem which was fixed by software update(in itahari
service center).

Then i started to use device.And I noticed that about 20-25% of the


battery
was draining out without using the device in about 5-6 hr.I went to service center
with the issue.At first they told
that this may be due to network issue in the area i live.But it wasn't so as in my
area there is no
network problem and other device in my family doesnt face problem as mine.

They told me that it may be due to software problem and again updated the
soft ware.This didn't
solve my problem.So I again went to service center and i leave my set there so
that they could
check it correctly.They too found same problem i was facing and exchanged battery
with the new one assumming that the problemis due to battery.This step also didn't
solve my issue.

Again i went to service center with the same problem.This time they
checked my whole device
and said there was no problem with the device.They ask me to leave the device so
that they would send
device to national service center at KATHMANDU for further analysis on my device's
problem on 2074/01/21.

I went to service center to withdraw my device on 2074/01/26.I got my


device.They told me that
In kathmandu component related to charging (something like input output.....)was
replaced,But still i am facing same
problem
