Powerlift Trolley
At the press of a button you can reduce the risk of injury from
bending and lifting with the new Powerlift 250kg (100kg High Lift
Model) capacity trolley.
• Lifting is made quick and easy with the quiet, clean battery-
powered mechanism
• The batteries have a heavy duty cycle and can be re-charged
overnight. The battery will power approximately 100 - 120 lifts
• The linear activator mechanism is electric, it does not contain
oil. This means it is perfectly clean and virtually silent
• Standard unit includes 2 rigid, 1 swivel, 1 swivel brake castor
• Powdercoated, suitable for wash down
• Safe, clean, powered lift uses an IP 56 linear actuator

Powerdrive Compac
The Powered Drive system provides the operator with assistance during
travel whilst retaining all of the standard Compac Mk5 features.
The tiller handle allows for easy steering with twins wheels for increased
control. A toggle switch is operated at the handle to engage or disengage
powered in both forward and reverse directions.
An on/off key can be included to ensure that only suitably trained operators

The Hyloader Multilift is a multi-purpose lift truck capable of
performing various lifting operations simply by exchanging
attachments. A new design single mast and diagonally opposed
roller carriage system provides excellent load stability and
unobstructed vision. Standard features include heavy duty load
brake winch, polyurethane tyred roller bearing wheels and positive
foot operated brake.

Key Advantages
Brushless Electric Motor
The brushless motor has superior holding abilities to a motor with
brushes, making it less likely to run away on sloped ground.
Brushes also are normally the weak point in traditional electric
motors that tend to burn out under excessive loads or when
working in high temperatures. Brush type electric motors need
ventilation to keep temperatures lower, making it difficult to keep
out water and dust.
Smart Motor Control Unit

To ensure your these units provide years of trouble free service,
the motor controller has the ability to count traction hours and flag
an alarm when a service is due.
Separately it can be set so that after a buffer period, the machine
will slow down to a creep speed so that the user has to take
service action. Any faults are shown on the display as a code.
So if there is a problem, the user can quote the code to allow
diagnose. The controller also logs all fault history.
Outdoor Use
The Powered Pusher have a high IP44 rating which means it is
ideally suited for both indoor and outdoor use, including rain and
snow conditions. The brushless motor is also suitable for use in
extremely high day temperatures.
Smart Battery Meter

The smart battery meter will reduce the machine to creep once
the battery goes past 80% discharge. This protects the battery
and prevents the unit from running flat, potentially causing it to
become stranded.

Palift - Spring Loaded Pallet Positioner
The Palift is a load elevating and lowering device designed to eliminate the bending required when loading or unloading
palletised goods. Palift is a simple, robust mechanism consisting of a scissor lift between two steel platforms. The lifting

EZE Loaders are true ergonomic tools. They have no mechanical springs and are designed to automatically raise and lower pallets during
loading or unloading and allow easy pallet rotation so the operator does not have to reach or strain. As the load changes, the EZE-Loader
automatically adjusts, keeping the top of the load at a convenient working height. The patented pneumatic support system utilises the
proven Firestone Airstroke Actuator™, a system based on Firestone’s Airide™ springs for truck and bus suspension systems.

Rollers
The standard range of rollers are manufactured with a ‘oval’
shaped formed axle. This effectively locks the axle in the frame

Wheel Conveyor
These very free rolling conveyors are ideal for moving all types of light packages with flat or semi-
flat surfaces (cases, packages, crates etc). Their free rolling ability is particularly useful where long
distances of travel are necessary with a minimum gravity decline.
The wheel conveyors are available in two types; steel wheels for medium weight handling and
nylon wheels for lightweight use. Both systems are interchangeable and offer a choice of widths
and lengths.
Wheel conveyors work efficiently with a pitch (or axle spacing) of 75mm or 150mm, depending
upon the type of goods to be handled. Wheel positions can be varied to suit individual
requirements by adjusting the wheel spacers and by adding or removing wheels as required.
Wheel Conveyor - Frame

Available in both straight and curved sections, the side channel is made from 2.5mm thick material,
folded into a ‘C’ section for strength.
The cross members are made from 2.5mm steel, formed and strategically welded into position to
reinforce the section and provide a bed for the rigid support.
There are standard lengths for straight sections (1500mm and 3000mm) and curves (45 degree and
90 degree). Both are available in standard overall widths of 300mm and 450mm.

Wheeled Tracks
These versatile wheel tracks can be used in a wide variety of warehousing and materials handling situations. Available in
either standard 75mm or 150mm pitch, they are ideal for use in warehousing shelving for the deep storage of parcels. As
the front parcel is removed, the whole line moves up to take its place.
The wheel track utilises the same steel and nylon wheels used in the wheel conveyor, allowing choice depending
upon load capacity and operational use. The standard 3000mm long tracks can be cut to any length to suit specific

Container Ramps
This container ramp is designed for bridging into standard
containers from ground level. The self-levelling lip allows for full
load capacity when on slightly uneven ground. The ramp footing
folds up to allow access to the fork slippers for transport. Hand
grip loops are provided for this purpose. The standard finish is
enamel painted ‘safety yellow’ over primed steel.

CRS-8 Container Ramp

Fast positioning and removal with the CRS-8 ramp. Fitted with fork

Slip-on Roll Prong

Magnetic Lifter

Electric Chain Hoists

Workstation Cranes
One of the most efficient ways to reduce workplace manual
handling whilst retaining floor space and layout flexibility is by
installing an overhead workstation crane system.
Workstation cranes are a proven way to improve productivity,

increase quality, and provide a safer work environment. They are
three times easier to use than traditional I beam cranes and allow

Mule
The Mule C4-32 and C4-33 have the shortest turning radius
available in a sitdown combination burden carrier/tow tractor. With
a 700mm wheel base, they can manoeuvre into corners other
powered trucks simply cannot reach indoor or outdoor.
Heavy-duty batteries and built-in fully automatic chargers make

sure these trucks are always ready to go. They are ideal for moving
loads over smooth floors in warehousing, hospitals, schools and
other environments where quiet, fume-free operation is necessary.
Only 750mm wide, these compact trucks clear narrow aisles

and standard doorways. Full 360° turns can be made in a mere
3500mm.

The stock to dock solution
The Stockchaser is a cost-effective solution that will improve
efficiency in any warehousing application. This unique narrow aisle,
highly manoeuvrable vehicle provides an ergonomic advantage to
the operator
by bringing him closer to the material that needs to be picked.
Stockchaser is designed with an all steel anodised body with

automotive differential and 24 volt drive train, providing years of
service in rugged applications.
