Guidelines:
• Think that, you with your 4 partners are planning to start a new business.
• This business can be a social enterprise (non-profit organisation) or a profit seeking
organisation
• You choose the industry and what type of business or impact you want to bring in the
society
• Your business should be based in Bangladesh
• Your 1st year manpower budget is Tk. 10,000,000
Requirements: (2 pages)
1. A purpose for the business (In 1 sentence) – A noble cause
2. Strategic objective (What business will you be in and what your business will do? – in 5
sentences
3. An organisational chart / Organogram of the business for the 1st year (keep it short)
– Designation / name of each role
– Logically mention the Number of People needed in each role
– Job grade of each role
– Average salary for each role
– List at least 3 responsibilities and required years of experience for each role
