 Seal grove is as same as existing design
 Seal Stack up & interference comparison is yet to be completed
 Grease is of PTFE thickner +PAO base oil combination (Krytox GPL225 or Kluber BHP 72-102)
 Grease fill volume is lesser than 25% of Swept volume in line with BM
 Seal Material is FKM Grade – 4. (Existing FKM seal is (6005LLUA1 for M&M) is FKM Grade –
2, but in FTIR analysis, existing FKM Grade -2 is having 84% co-relation only)
