MANGO FLOAT

Ingredients:

 Fresh mango
 Graham Crumbs
 Graham biscuit
 Whipped Cream
 All-purpose cream
 Condensed milk
 Evaporated milk

Procedures:

1. Chill the Whipping cream and all-purpose cream in the chiller overnight.
2. Peel the mangoes, slice in half and then slice the cut halves lengthwise into thin strips then Set
aside.
3. In a medium size mixing bowl, add whipped cream. Using an electric hand mixer beat the
whipping cream until it doubles the volume.
4. Add the all-purpose cream, Condensed Milk, and Evaporated Milk, then using your electric hand
mixer beat it again until well combined.
5. To your 8-inches square glass baking dish or any similar container, it can also be plastic
container with cover. Put a layer of graham crackers or graham biscuit or graham powder at the
bottom of your container. Make sure to fill in the gaps of your container.
6. Spread 3/4 inch of the cream mixture evenly on top of the crackers, biscuit or powder and then
top with a layer of mango slices.
7. Repeat this process until 3 to 4 layers are formed, ending with the cream and mango cubes on
top, sprinkle with graham powder.
8. Then put it in the freezer, or a chiller, your choice.
