Resume :

Ebola and Marburg Viruses are Filovirus. Marburg found on 1967 in Germany for the
first time and Ebola found on 1976 in Africa for the first time. They are RNA viruses that
contain 19000 base pairs which encode a mere 7 proteins. Ebola and marburg viruses need to
transfer their infectons to something that can be use for transmission. Many of scientist still
can’t be find about the ecology of these viruses. They’re not stable in one line. They are
spreaded by many ways and sometimes it can’t be found. Some animals like monkey and bat,
become the transmission media for these viruses and in their body, the viruses are gonna do
replication of RNA. Scientist try to find the cure for the treament. There are many researches
they have done, like the examples are IFA and ELISA. Both of them still can’t be the best
way for patient’s treatment.
