-       What's your job?
I work in the area of quality assurance, in a dairy plant.
 
-       Where do you work?
In Alpina food products
 
-       What responsibilities do you have at work?
My responsibilities in the milk reception laboratory are:
-Analyze the raw milk samples of all the routes that arrive at the Sopo plant,
verify their quality and compliance with the standards.
-Release the milk routes after the analysis so that the production area has it.
- Physic chemically analyze each of the milk suppliers, complying with a
sampling plan.
 
-       Do you like your job? But why?
I like it, it is a job that requires commitment and responsibility. New things are
learned day by day and this is motivating.
 
-       How was your first day at work?
It was a day of a lot of work and learning. I was anxious and happy for my work.
 
-       Do you get along with your colleagues?
 
I get along with everyone, my colleagues are very friendly and professional.

I am an organized and responsible person, I like to work as a team and meet
the proposed objectives. I always look for the union of the work group, that we
all have the same information to make the best decisions. Among my
weaknesses are that I am a very perfectionist and strong character. Because of
my tone of voice sometimes they think I'm in a bad temper but it's only because
I say things clearly with the sole objective of improving and achieving
compliance with all activities.

If you could do any kind of work, what would you like to be?
 
I would like to have my food distribution company, which contemplates not only
national distribution but also has the possibility of managing exports.
