1. Instruct patients (A, B, C) to empty the bladder
2. Instruct the following after voiding:
Patient A: drink as normal consumption
Patient B: drink plenty of water (if possible 500ml-1L)
Patient C: do not drink at all
3. Instruct patient to collect using mid-stream clean catch method
4. View through a clear container.
5. View against a white background.
6. Maintain adequate room lighting.
7. Evaluate a consistent volume of specimen.
8. Determine color and clarity.
9. Fill-in the table
