My Story

At 40 I am finally the woman I was always meant to be. This is because of yoga.
After years of work in the fashion industry, issues in my career, family & personal life
reached a traumatic climax. Everything went wrong all at once.
Yoga saved me. Instead of a break down – I broke though. Yoga opened me up
physically, spiritually, and showed me an inner power I didn’t know I had.
I want every Yoga student to know, like me, they can always become the woman or
man they know they are, beyond the insecurities or obstacles. Yoga showed me the
woman I always was. And this is what I want to share.

My teaching style

I had a yoga teacher’s dream training. With face-to-face instruction by Bikram,

Jimmy Barkan and Norman Blair, my style is an exquisite energetic yet soulful mix of
dynamic Yang styles crossed with the sweet stillness of Yin and meditative sessions.
My infectious energy coupled with my deep spiritual connection takes you on a
strong, compassionate, addictive journey. My love of music brings cutting edge
playlists, live djs and raw musicians. Evolving my style and soul connection.
Alongside my international teachings, collaborations on retreats and trainings across
the world and my story behind it all I turn up the power of that room. And I invite you
inside.

~ We all suffer from the “technician bias” – which means that anyone that has
a business or a product will describe what the product is or can do, but not
about how the product will make the customer feel.

Assume that they know nothing about yoga, but talk to what they want to feel.

Put them mentally in the room with you, and how they’ll feel when they walk
outside of your class. How they’ll feel inside when the music takes them
beyond their boundaries.

What their friends will say about their fit body or sexy, relaxed attitude. How
your voice and attitude will make them feel inspired and empowered. “After the
class, students mention that they feel like they’re in good hands.’’
