SGS VALIDATION PROCESS AND TAKING THE PLEDGE

• The brand is funding the validation process for all hotels in the Americas to take the SGS PLEDGE!

• Procedures are currently be developed and will be shared within the coming weeks

• You will connect with SGS directly:


• You will be asked to provide them with a questionnaire/checklist of what you have implemented, likely with
photos and other requested documentation
• SGS will complete a virtual desktop review and advisory call with each hotel
• Once validated, SGS will alert the brand and we will give you access to the collateral, logos, etc. and help to
market your pledge

TIMING
Validation for hotels will likely start in June
