    It is surely virus(vbs). It will also disables your task manager. You can view files in your
    pendrive by this method.
    Click on "Start" -->Run-->type cmd and click on OK.

    Here I assume your pendrive as G:

    Enter this command.

    attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*

    Note : Replace the letter g with your flash drive letter.

    If you need you can take a backup, format the pendrive and Your PC hard disk( only the partition
    where you installed windows).

    Solution
     Start menu
     Run and type in "CMD.exe"
     Feed in your drive letter e.g "f:" "g:" "h:" and then type in cmd.exe
     attrib -s -r -h -a autorun.inf
     Erase /q/s/f autorun.inf attrib -s -r -h -a *.* /d /s
     And then eject your flash drive from the computer and push it in again
