INTRODUCTION

In this project we will study the feasibility of opening a company providing Spa services for
companies (Large, medium and small) in the city of Bogotá D.C., aimed at an audience
(Men and Women) that belong to said companies. Which will have the name of Mahal
SPA.

Therefore, the world, society, has an accelerated pace that leads us to not have time for
anything, we live more time working. that in our home it is resting or sharing as a family.
The stress of daily life has made us forget our being, our interior and exterior that leads to
having or suffering illnesses (physical, mental, and spiritual disorder) collapsing the
energies and not channeling it for that reason we arrive at our homes unleashing all the
negative with the people we live in, and looking for unnecessary leisure to distract the
mind. This leads us to implement this SPA service in companies, offices and health and
wellness campaigns carried out by the human resources area of each company. This area
is in charge of the well-being of the employees, also the employee fund area and ARL.

OBJECT OF STUDY

The project focuses on the health and well-being of people who do not have time to go to
a SPA or whose economy does not allow it, for this reason it is feasible to go directly to
companies to offer a portfolio of services to specific areas such as They are: (human
resources area, employee pool and the ARL).

Within this portfolio the service will be offered (relaxing massages, facial cleansing, basic
yoga classes, beauty services, in this case for biosecurity only basic makeup, manicure and
pedicure). This can be implemented in campaigns such as health and beauty week where
your employees can choose some of these services according to the day estimated time
duration approximately one hour in order to relax, forget for a moment about their
obligations and responsibilities and at the in the end, return to your job renewed and
motivated to continue in your profession and thus the company will have people with
more enthusiasm for labor production.
This diagnosis was made by visualizing activities or sporting events within the companies
in which there was leisure and recreation. It is ideal but something more profound is
lacking, such as personal spaces.

STUDY APPROACH

The project will be proposed first in the city of Bogotá D.C., obtaining a business database
provided by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá D.C. or in its effect create it from zero.
In order to have the information of the companies, address, number of personnel, data of
the person in charge of the corresponding area where the portfolio of services will be
directed to which telemarketing will be used, make appointments for the formal in-person
presentation and Thus, they can be included in the company's projects.

Taking into account the evidence of the failures of the companies in matters of health and
well-being of the employee of which the illness of stress, the demotivation of getting to
work to do the same without progress, taking work home, not having time to think of
himself.
This makes us think that the human being in society is divided in two between the job that
needs it to survive and the home where it does not spend much time and not knowing
how to channel their energies.
The result is to create this idea, this project so that the human being has a perfect balance
between mind, body and spirit.

It seems to maintain true skepticism when handling the concept (quality of life) as a
scientific term due to its indiscriminate use in various fields.
The first use of the concept took place at the end of the 60s, in the so-called scientific
investigation of charitable social assistance with the work of the group of Then the
concept was defined as the correlation between a certain objective standard of living, of a
group determined population, and its corresponding subjective assessment (satisfaction,

well-being, encompassing cognitive judgment and positive and negative mood.

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION

The project is focused on the creation of a company that provides SPA services in the city
of Bogotá DC, with the purpose of innovating and being able to reach companies with
fresh ideas in the quality of life style of the personnel of the companies. To say that this is
already implemented in the occupational health model in charge of providing safety and
well-being to their employees, also sporting events for leisure and recreation, but apart
from that, more must be offered to receive more emphasis, the basis of every company is
The clients, but if the base is the employees, they are the support of the companies and
have allowed them to grow. It is beneficial to receive more options so that the human
being has a better performance in his daily life, be it in his work, home and personal
environment, we are full of emotions where sometimes we do not know how to channel

no triumph in personal life. There must be a space where the person feels pampered,
important and healthy. Both physical, mental and spiritual.

We can be a different company where we offer variety in terms of improving quality of


life. Physical health, checking our eyesight are as fundamental and as important as taking
care of our skin, staying relaxed, in which the mind through yoga allow a perfect balance.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE SERVICE

Satisfy the needs of our clients through a wide portfolio of services focused on health and
well-being, carrying out monthly campaigns within them focused on one or two weeks
depending on the number of personnel in each company. To correctly supply the type of
personnel we need for the desired service and to promote and encourage people to think
of themselves for a better overall optimization.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF THE SERVICE

• Carry out a market study where the supply and demand of this type of services in the
city of Bogotá D.C. can be made known.
• Prepare a technical study to establish the culture of a wellness lifestyle.
• Establish a financial study that demonstrates the investment budget and financing
structure.
• Know the environmental impacts generated by the project and location.
• Offer excellent service to customers and users in a timely and reliable manner.
• Prepare portfolios of a wide variety of services that generate a pleasant impact on the
client.
• Have pleasant and comfortable instruments for when the services to be rendered are
presented.
• Offer individual or package pricing at a comfortable price.

• Align ourselves strategically with areas of employee funds, human resources and

By carrying out the MAHAL SPA project, the result will be a high-class company offering

For this project to be possible, we must work in alliance with colleagues from the beauty
and spa sector. Strengthen knowledge of new techniques in the area to generate new
skills in terms of service innovation in order to achieve the objectives and mission of the
company.
INVESTIGATION VARIABLES

Analyzing that throughout the city of Bogotá D.C. there are already several companies that
have the same service to business entities. But most have only two services that are
(Facial cleaning and relaxing massages) that last only between 30 minutes. So I must
characterize myself in providing a portfolio in terms of a variety of services innovating
between different techniques and comfortable prices. And not only see how Bogotá D.C.
only square but look around Cundinamarca and the future nationwide.

Therefore, we can deduce that the variables to implement would be:

Product / Service: This variable is of care since the preferences of the user and the
behavior of the client are involved in order to meet the client's needs.

Brand: Brand positioning is very important to enter a preferred status regarding the SPA
sector and its services, taking into account the portfolio to offer in each company.

Promotion and Advertising: This will be generated through a database, telemarketing,


sending e-mail offering the portfolio of services, monitoring, making appointments to
present the portfolio personally, also creating ourselves on social networks and promoting
SPA services.

Promotion and Sales: This tool is used in terms of health and wellness campaigns,
additionally we can have a distributor of cosmetic products to encourage the customer's
purchase within the service.

This project is focused on presenting a portfolio of SPA services for companies, in the city
of Bogotá D.C. To carry out the development of this project, it is necessary to take into
account the needs of future clients and users in order to meet expectations and general
objectives of the company.
Based on the above and the technical concept is based on probabilistic research that is
based on determination of decision processes to achieve positioning, conditioning and
uncertainty, probability theory and computer-based instruments in this case, database,
telemarketing send presentation of portfolio via e-mail to companies.

POPULATION AND DEFINITION OF THE SAMPLE

The society object of study of our project, is focused on the population in people who live
8 hours a day or more within a company, for this we do not direct ordinary people who
work daily, regardless of their position or status within of this., as we reside in the city of
Bogotá DC We can approach people who leave the Transmilenio stations of course they
are on their job.
The questions are short and simple because Bogotá D.C. It is a fast-paced city where the
pace of life is not slow at all, people leave stressed, tired and do not have time for long
and boring surveys, on the contrary that they are punctual as are the questions
corresponding to our main objective.

because the elements would be addressed within the companies to which we want to
show our portfolio of services.
FINAL REPORT

This report presents the realization of the MAHAL SPA project, a spa services company, for
companies.

• The development of this report significantly contributes to the culture of well-being and
care (physical-mental-spiritual) in the city of Bogotá D.C. which already exist companies
that carry out these business activities focused on the same., but there will be room for a
new one that gives innovation not only in the city but in the surroundings of
Cundinamarca and other cities.
• The segment of this market is aimed at companies focused on the area of human
resources, employee funds and ARL in charge of employee welfare.
• The location is in the city of Bogotá D.C. As such, it can be done from home since you
only need a computer, telephone, internet and the presentation of the portfolio of
services. As for the elements such as stretchers and implements to perform a service, they
