Consent is mandaroty Consent is when someone agrees to do something sexual with you — whether it’s

kissing, touching, oral sex, vaginal sex, or anal sex.

1. Freely given- no pressure, can’t consent if high, drunk, passed out

2. Ongoing- reversible at any time
3. Specific- saying yes to one thing, doesn’t mean yes to others
4. Informed - you can only consent if you have all the facts
5. Enthusiastic- should only consent to things you WANT to do
6. Mutual- beforehand it needs to be clear that both people involved want it

What all of this means is that only YES! means yes. Consent is a clear, happy excited “yes!”. Anything
else is NOT consent

Can I give you a kiss?

Activity on Verbal consent: So the kisses I’m asking to give you, are chocolate. Now that you all are
informed, and I’ve been specific. I give my consent by asking each of you if you want a kiss, and it is up
to you to give mutual consent that is of your own free will and is enthusiastic. At any time you can say
no or change your mind as well, even after you’ve already said yes. So can I give you a kiss?
