Home-tel Have you ever thought of having a trip? But the accommodation cost is pretty
expensive? Here's the app that can solve all your problems, Home-tel.

Home-tel is actually an app, where you can make your own home a hotel. It's a system
where tourist will find a place to stay and they want to have the full experience living
with the locals. You as a part of home-tel you can have your own price for the rent of the
stay depending on the conditions of your own house. If your house is small the price
range of would be minimal.

If your house is just a middle class then you can have the average price range. For the
premium price your house must be really big. Your house can be classified depending
on the structure, the number of guests you can accommodate and the ambiance of your
house.

The tourist may stay in your house and pay his rent to you directly, they're going be
paying in the app itself and the 10% of earnings will go to the admins of the creator of
the app and the rest is all yours. The tourist or customers will rate you from 1-5 stars,
depending on how satisfied they are in the stay in your home. The more good stars you
get or good recommendations you have the more that you can have clients and the
more earnings you can have.

We also need to protect not only the clients but also the members of the app itself. The
members are called homtiliers, for the safety of the members. They will be given
security equipment and insurance for their homes in case the clients may steal or does
some damages into their houses all they have to do is subscribe for our premium
membership for the app and also instead of 10% they're will be 15% of the payment that
comes from the clients will be given to the admins of the app. Each of the
members/homtiliers and the clients will verify they're information and identity to avoid
any fraudulent acts.

In the end the purpose of the app is to find a place that feels like home. Helping the
tourist to save money and helping other people to earn money. So that no matter where
you go there's always a place that feels like home.
