AFFIDAVIT

I, NORMA, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of Dalena, San

Pablo, Isabela, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do, hereby
depose and state:

1. That I am the same person executing this affidavit;

2. That I am the mother of Bricsio Gammaru and sister of the deceased

Bonifacio Lumabi, two of the victims in the shooting incident that had
transpired on the morning of December 13, 2017 at Barangay
Annanuman, San Pablo, Isabela;

3. That at round 7:00 in the morning of December 13, 2017, my son Bricsio
Gammaru, his driver, Kingberly Antonio together with my brother,
Bonifacio Lumabi and our Barangay Treasurer, Reynaldo Mabborang
were on board the Mitsubishi Pajero, color blue with plate number UHK
272, going to the San Pablo Municipal Hall, San Pablo, Isabela purposely
to withdraw their salary;

4. That I asked them if they can have me on board because I will also go to
Minanga, San Pablo, Isabela but since my son, Bricsio, was in a hurry
they no longer waited for me;

5. That on the same morning of December 13, 2017 I together with Fenia
Bernaga and Magde Tuliao were eating near our house located at Dalena,
San Pablo, Isabela;

6. That just approximately 30 minutes after my son and his companions left
us and while we are having our breakfast some individuals were
screaming towards us and uttering the words to quote “ ANTI!! ANTI!!
INAMBUSH SI BRICSIO SA MAY BALLUTO SA MAY
ANNANUMAN!!, ;

7. That I immediately looked for a vehicle to drive me at the place of the

ambush ;

8. That at around 8:30 in the morning of the same day, I reached Barangay
Annanuman, San Pablo, Isabela. Upon reaching thereat, I noticed that
there were already many people surrounding the car of my son, Bricsio
Gammaru, including some police personnel;
 9. That when I got near the ambush site I immediately noticed that the car
was heavily damaged (flat tires, broken windshield and windows,
multiple bullet holes on its body) and my brother, Bonifacio Lumabi,
already lying on the ground oozing with blood and with different injuries
in his body (broken legs, distorted face and his intestines were already
coming out) while Reynaldo Mabborang was lying inside the car, also
oozing with blood and multiple injuries in the different parts of his body;

10.That I was not able to notice my son, Bricsio and his driver, Kingberly
but some people there were already looking for them. At around 9:00 in
the morning when I saw my son on board a center car (kuliglig), with no
upper clothing and was in a total shock;

11.That I am executing this affidavit with my own free will without any
force, intimidation, or undue influence whatsoever;

12.That the contents of this affidavit is well understood by me;

13.That I am executing this affidavit in support to the filing of the necessary

criminal charges against the assailants responsible for the ambush
incident that had led to the death of my brother, Bonifacio Lumabi and to
our treasurer, Reynaldo Mabborang and injuries sustained by Bricsio
Gammaru and Kingberly Antonio and for any other legal purpose(s) it
may serve.
