Hello there, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the journey we have been

through together all this time. I rarely tell you this but I have some concerns I would like to
address. Why is that when I at times need your help you are not available? Your battery keeps on
messing me up with how fast it goes low. Do you realise how important your services are
important to me and when you are low, you are of no use to me? Two hours is not enough for me
to completely enjoy your services. I need more time with you so that I can accomplish my tasks
and my life can go on smoothly. We need to come to an understanding on how you will maintain
your battery charge or else we will not okay. Another issue is that when I am typing something
on your screen, you just can’t resist your temptations of acting up. You correct me on words that
I am sure of and suggest words that I did not mean to type. With this I keep on deleting and
writing afresh and this really wastes my time. You have to let me instruct you on what I want to
do on your screen peacefully without constantly frustrating me.
Lastly, will you please maintain your network coverage because this really annoys me? When
my contacts want to get in touch me, there are times that they will not since I am out of reach.
You realise that I need to be I touch with them so they do not get worried if something bad has
happened to me. I want to update them on my welfare as well as theirs and this is becoming hard
for me to bear with you. I would like us to go back to when things were all smooth and nice,
thank you.
Commentary
We use our phones on daily basis and we need them to offer us good and quality services when
we do. This becomes really hard and frustrating for us when our phones are acting up and
causing a lot of inconveniences to us. Without our smart phones with us, life can get really
messy and unbearable since we can miss out on a lot of things that are really important to us. Our
phones should be in the best conditions so that even when we are I trouble and need human help
we can be in a position to ask for it.
