All Course

- Terrain surface/planned hall floor at 148.00 mNHN

- Possible sinkhole area - is not considered, however, because sinkholes have occurred at a great
distance

- No chemical attack by ground water - not XA1

- no explosive ordnance area

- no earthquake area

- Groundwater at lower altitudes - how is the design groundwater level to be assessed?

- Accumulating seepage water possible - sealing necessary?

- "Both interpolations result in similar contour lines, which vary by a maximum of approx. 2.5 m
altitude. With reference to the planned ordinate of the hall floor of 148.00 mNHN, it can be assumed
from this that in the northeast the surface of the load-bearing layer lies approx. 12 m below the hall
floor, while in the southwest it only appears at a depth of approx. 23 m below the hall floor. The
elevation model does not show any particular conspicuous features, so that it can be assumed that
the surface of the load-bearing stratum will sink in quite evenly.

- characteristic pile resistances approx. Rc,k = 960 - 1.440 kN per pile (480 kN foot resistance) - For
the design values the bearing capacities have to be divided by 1,1?

- Pile lengths above the load-bearing horizon 10 - 20 m.

- The above specifications result in the following structure below the approx. 20 cm thick base plate:

- 0.5 m coarse-grained base layer

- ≥ 0.4 m binder-improved floor

- floor underneath

- Parts of the OW block must be backfilled
