1. Select your favorite texts from the PDF you are currently reading. You
will see a pop-up menu bar.

2. Tap “Share” and you can share quotes

As images with friends via email,

Account Information

1. Sign up with a Kdan ID and you will have access to all Kdan’s services
and tools, including cloud apps, free storage space, online
communities, and more.

2. After you log in to your Kdan ID, tap to check your account
information and where you can review your account Info and all
subscription plans.

Service Menu Overview

1. Open one PDF document and you will see a Kdan Cloud icon on the
top menu bar.
2. Tap for the service menu and below are overall information.

Icon Function
Tap to share My Markups. You can choose to
share the markup file or allow the recipient to the
download the original PDF.
Tap to share the download link. The recipient can
view the file online or download it via the URL.
Tap to split the PDF

Tap to extract images from the PDF

Tap to add a watermark to the PDF

Tap to edit the watermark added to the PDF

Tap to convert the file you are currently reading.

App Security Supported

1. Tap on the main menu bar and enter passcode in SECURITY field to
keep your app safe from being viewed by another person.

2. You will be required to enter the password each time you launch this
app. For iOS 8 device users, you can unlock your app with Touch ID.

Delete Files Stored on Kdan Cloud

1. Tap “ ” and sign in with

your Kdan ID for the file list.

2. Select the target file; then

tap the drop down menu.

3. You will see “Delete”

appeared on the menu.

4. Tap Delete to delete the file or

visit the website at
http://cloud.kdanmobile.com.

My Markups – Manage Annotations on PDFs

My Markups is an all-in-one management tool for all your markups

added to PDFs. It is the best way for you to backup, read, store,
explore, and exchange annotated PDF files.

Now you can utilize this annotated PDF document for a simple
demonstration of My Markups.

Access My Markups

1. Tap on the top of the

screen and tap
“Share My Markups” or;

2. Tap for annotation

summary; then tap .

Back up Annotations

1. Tap to extract and

save markups as a new
file in My Markups folder.

2. The extracted markups will be

separately saved as an XFDF file
with a smaller file size.

3. This format makes it easier for you to share or transfer documents.

Create & Share File Links

1. Tap to create a shareable link and share via social networks or

email.

2. You can allow viewers to download the original PDF file in addition
to sharing the URL.
In iOS 9, your shared links can be listed in Safari.
