AFFIDAVIT

I, DIOSDIDITA AMADOS ARCENAS, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Buraguis, Legazpi City, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state:

1. That I am married to BENJAMIN ARCENAS via a Civil Wedding solemnized by

MTCC Judge Joseph L. Abante on October 26, 1986 in the Municipal Trial Court in
Cities, Naga City; copy of the Marriage Contract is herein attached and made
integral part of this Affidavit;

2. That even before our marriage, we already cohabited as husband and wife since
the year 1984 and until 2004;

3. That during those times that we lived as husband and wife; Benjamin Arcenas
had an affair with his ex-girlfriend;

4. That since then, I found out that aside from his ex-girlfriend he also had an affair
with other women;

5. That he left me and our children for the reason that he will be working but only
to find out that he already has an affair with his ex-girlfriend for almost a year;

6. That in the year 2004, my husband, BENJAMIN ARCENAS, left our conjugal
house and from thereon abandoned me and our children;

7. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
statements and for any other legal purposes this may serve.
