 PROCEDURE:
Seller and Buyer are to sign sales and purchase contracts agreement for initial period and may be
agreed by the two parties with automatic renewals.

*The gold will be sent to Bullion City for final assay.

*The buyer shall pay all cost for the assaying of the gold directly to Bullion City Refinery.
*After a successful assay report at bullion city refinery, Buyer will rent a Vault, bring it at
Bullion City Refinery then lock it.
*After, Vaults locked at refinery will be transferred by security way in his chosen Bank,
NATIONAL INVESTEMENT BANK for safe keeping in the signatures of both names Seller
and the Buyer, and at Bank buyer and Seller will both lock the keys and each keep the Vault
Keys until full payment is made to Seller’s nominated bank account.
*After payment is made, the shipping company ADJAFASH COMPANY start the
documentation.
*After documentation procured, Buyer and seller go to NATIONAL INVESTEMENT BANK to
release the product then the shipping COMPANY ADJAFASH COMPANY start shipment
