1. How does the country recover from lost of demand due to production of supply?
Cite an example of situation which you think application to demand and supply
factor in pandemic time.
- The economy undergo a process of economic adaptation and adjustment
to the new condition, including the factor that triggered the recession in the
firsr place and the new policies and rule by the government,
reemployment in new activities. The economy adjust and recovers some
of the gain lost during the recession and then eventually transition to a
true expansion when growth accelerate and start moving toward a new
peak. The process of recovery leads to a new phase of growth and
expansion once resources have been mostly reallocated across the
economy.
2. What have you learn in this topic as whole? Why?
- I learned about the definition of demand and the different between market
of demand and market supply and also the effect of the economic status
to our environment.
