That in the aforesaid matter the respondent has received notice for
today’s hearing, but, however, Ld. Advocate Shri D. D. Singh appearing in
the above matter on behalf of the respondent was already pre-occupied in
the matter before Hon’ble High Court before His Lordship Justice M. S.
Sonak in Civil Revision Application no. 241 of 2015 and as such today the
Ld. Advocate D. D. Singh representing the respondent is unable to attend
the above matter on behalf respondent and his presence is very much
necessary for hearing on behalf of respondent.
Hence in the interest of Justice this Hon’ble Authority in accordance
with the principle of nature justice may be please to adjourn the today’s
hearing of the aforesaid matter.
