Course Purpose
This course is designed to introduction students to a range and scope of consulting services. It is
design to enhance the students with interpersonal skills, management problems solving skills,
and relationship management skills.

problems, The consultant-client relationship, consulting process (Entry, Diagnosis, Action,
Planning, Implementation and termination). Consulting assignment life cycle.
