Conclusions
By using “Online Medical Inventory system”, the orders can be easily tracked and the order
will be taken systematically and will be saved safely in the database rather than manually
through paper work. It requires less time and space to save the order details. This system is
actually a software which handle the essential data and save the data and actually about the
database of a pharmacy and its management. This software help in effectively management of
the pharmaceutical store or shop. It provide the statistics about medicine or drugs which are in
stocks which data can also be updated and edited. Effective implementation of this software will
take care of the basic requirements of the system because it is capable of providing easy and
effective storage of information related to activities happening in the stipulated area. With these,
the objectives of the system design will be achieved.

In order to allow for future expansion, the system has been designed in such a way that will
allow possible modification as it may deem necessary by the pharmacy management, whenever
the idea arises. The main purpose is effectively and easily handling of pharmacy data and its
management.
