The system starts to run very slow

4. Procedures performed
Procedure 1: Review performance in Task Manager.
Procedure 2: Programs that are not used are closed and consume the performance of the CPU and memory.
Procedure 3: The disk is defragmented and the files are deleted from Disk C space and the temporary
directory.
Procedure 4: Corrective maintenance of the equipment software and hardware is carried out.
Procedure 5: We proceed to change from Windows 7 operating system to Windows 10 PRO, Office 2003 to
Office 2019

5. Observations
When checking the system, the customer is shown that the system runs more fluid.

6. Recommendations
It is recommended to periodically perform preventive maintenance on the equipment in order to
avoid future damage.
