Hello, my name is Daniela, my eating habits:

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it is the first and the body
uses and processes food for its proper functioning. I have breakfast every day at
twenty to six, I make breakfast in my home.
I usually eat scramble eggs with bread and chocolate or cereals with milk or fruits
salad. I like fruits and I eat apples or pears. At one o'clock P.M. most days I have
lunch. I buy lunch at a restaurant near work. In lunch I usually eat a portion of
meat, some rice or potatoes, some pasta, some lentil and a lot of salad, the salad
has onions and tomatoes  is sliced. When I have thirst I drink much juice or
lemonade.
 I don't like hot food.
Also, I take a little nap after of lunch every day. At six o'clock, after I have finished
Works, I go home to Cook dinner. At dinner I make a potato soup with egg, and
also do fried arepa filled with chicken o fried cornmeal cake filled with cheese. In
addition to dinner a hot chocolate that I serve in cups.
On weekends my family and I go to eat fast food, I like to buy and eat fast food,
sometimes I buy pizza or hamburger or a hot dog.
My eating habits are not very healthy, but sometimes I get used to eat and to
prepare the same meal.
