When we create CR and enter Commercial Project system call method MODIFY_FP_DATA of class

/PICM/CL_FILL_TRANSIENT_FIELDS where we have found read statement which always reads the first
financial Plan of entered commercial Project .

While creating CR Via API '/PICM/FM_ISSUE_CR_CREATE_NEW’ for MP_ID 800001278 and passing
financial plan 800001278-2 (1300) in structure IS_ISSUE_ROOT_DATA it works perfectly and create
Change request with financial Plan 1300(800001278-2) as we can see in table /IAM/D_I_ROOT

But when we open the CR 00000000020000000222 in NWBC screen and system reads all information
for this CR and it goes to method MODIFY_FP_DATA of class /PICM/CL_FILL_TRANSIENT_FIELDS here it
reads always first record as for external ID(800001278-1) although in table /IAM/D_I_ROOT plan id is
1300 which is 800001278-2.
