SCENARIO

Nurse Wirda in the administration section and nurse Aan in the nurse ward after that, patients come
with his family Nurse Wirda immediately conducts and assessment of the patient and than, the
patient is examined by the doctor ,some time later the doctor permission the patient to go home
,and than after all patient go to home,nurse Aan approached the nurse wirda to ask about the
condition of the patient who came with his family.

DIALOGUE

Nurse Aan : Good morning nurse wirda , I want to ask about the condition of the patient who
come with his family earlier .

Nurse Wirda : Good morning nurse aan, of course you can ask.

Nurse Aan : What do you think the patient suffered?

Nurse Wirda : I think t the patient is suffering from heart disease ,because the patient while
holding his chest.

Nurse Aan : Yes I think so but,what are the symptoms?

Nurse Wirda :The symptoms are pain at center chest difficult breathing,he also said he feels dizzy
and the pain usually for around 4 minutes.

Nurse Aan : Hmmm...from the symptoms it seemed like he had been sick for a long time I think
he had a heart attack..

Nurse Wirda : Yes, you are right the patient had suffered a chest pain for 1 month,his patient
could not stand it anymore finally the patient come to this hospital.

Nurse Aan : What do you think he was doing when his problem started?

Nurse Wirda : The patient said that the pain occured when the patient carried heavy items, the
patient also suffering problems with his breathing ,and stress made his condition
worse

Nurse Aan :Yes,His patient so strong he can endure his pain for 1 month, Bye the way thankyou
nurse wirda for the information .let’s go to home!
