"My High Income skill for the future"

When I enter the business world and became an Entrepreneur, there is 4 things that I
should master. I got those 4 things from a youtube video titled "4 Skills An Entrepreneur Has To
Master". The first skill that an Entrepreneur should have is able to "speak". Speak in this case
means I must be able to sell ideas, to plan about the kind of product that I can sell, ensure the
customer and investor to invest in my business, and decide the selling target. For people that
have trouble with public speaking, they can replace it by writing. This writing skill could also
sell ideas, for example, an attractive-persuading writings for people to buy the product. The
second skill that must be mastered is time management. An Entrepreneur have different working
time with other people. Because for an Entrepreneur, they always have to create new ideas and
they know that they could spend all day long for work. The more success an Entrepreneur is,
they more they have to buy other person's time (employee) to get the work done. The next skill is
money management and differentiate it with other expenses. For an Entrepreneur , when they get
profit, they will allocate it in savings or invest them again. The last skill is way of mindset. Every
person that want to be a business person have to know what is idea. The thing that I learn is that
an entrepreneur should have a “nature-like way of mindset”. We have to know the right position
in a situation. For example, if we have a sport car business, we have to now that our target is
upper-middle class people and the racers. So we need to promote the products through an
exhibition to increase the marketing. We also have to open the exhibition in a upper-middle class
area. This is done to maintain the business stability and to make a lot of profit.

To be a master for the 4 basic things in business, I already search for some references to
extend my skill. I have some choices to learn. First, I find out more about the bussiness. I search
some news about people’s success story in running the business. Because usually when a person
share their experience, that person would share some tips for beginner about running a business.
For example, from a ruber website titled “Filling Her Spare Time, This UNPAD Student Make
Profit From Face Mask Business”. From that website, I learn about time management between
studying and managing a business. In this website, I also learn that when we face a problem, we
have to be smart to find a way out. From that website, I got a lesson that we have to know the
target of our product. It will be more profitable if the product is acceptable for all people. Even if
we are a beginner with little capital, it’s still highly possible to get a lot of profit from the
business. I can say this because i've experienced it. The main key is we have to know our selling
target, how to promote the product, and ensure the quality of the product.

The 4 basic things that I learn can also be useful when I work as an employee. As an
employee, I have to manage my time as effective as possible. If I face some deadline or any
tasks, I can easily deal with it because I have the skill to decide my priority. As an employee, I
am required to master public speaking. So, the basic things that I learned will also be useful
when I work as an employee. Now, I am developing my own organic face mask business. When
I became a business owner as I currently doing, these basic things is really helpful. Because I
don’t have any employees yet, I have to do everything by myself. Like promoting my product in
social media, managing money, dividing my personal and business expenses, and of course
managing time between study and work. When I become an investor, I already know the points I
have to know before investing. For example, when there is a business person that asks me to
invest on their business, I have to know the business prospect for the next few years. When the
business is suitable with my criteria, I will approve it. As a note, the business that I invest on
needs to be profitable. As an investor, I must also have the ability of managing money. When I
know that the business will develop, I will make a big investment. it would be really good for my
future if I am able to master these 4 basic things. Moreover, my selling target is all people
without exception.
