     I would like to be a Pega LAS to assist other team members.
     I am interested to work on Support and development projects for wider exposure.
     I would like to be part of a growing organization which has various opportunities for its
    employee’s growth.
     I would like to excel in my career my enhancing my pega technical capabilities through
    certifications and exposure to various Pega frameworks.
     I would like to enhance my domain expertise to understand the business and contribute more
    effectively.

    Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?

     I would like to explore newer areas in Pega like RPA and OpenSpan.
     I would like to contribute to my organization through mentoring or coaching other employees
    which can boost team performance or product quality.
     I would like to lead a team by providing technical expertise to my peers and subordinates.
     I want to enhance my skill such that I should be able to provide effective solutions for a given
    scenario or provide a design and estimate for any pega project.
     I want to have exposure to the various Pega capabilities to understand its usage and limitations.
