When the program was fully planned, one member was assigned to

buy the foods and drink for the children. The snacks were bought on Puregold

Monumento last February 2, 2019. A variety of snacks were bought for the

children to enjoy.

All the members of the group participated in the planning stage. The meeting for it

was conducted in the Building Room 31 last January 6, 2018. The group first

brainstormed on what activity would be both beneficial and enjoyable for the

children. The flow of the program was also planned ahead. The group decided to

start the program with an opening prayer to thank the Lord of the opportunity that

was given to them to share their knowledge to the children and to ask for guidance

for the success of the activity. The next part of the program would be the ice

breaker involving nursery rhymes as well as dancing a viral dance challenge to

wake the children up. It will then be followed by the main part of the program

which is a story-telling and role-play enacting a story for the children that will

leave a lesson to them. After we had closed our presentation, the next group would

then proceed to teach the children their academic lesson.
