Video Conference. On the said hearing date, Mr. Senthil Raja, the current CPIO, was
present and in the course of the proceedings, he agreed to furnish the day book statement
of 19.06.2010 containing all the days’ transaction and not limited to my transaction alone.
However, I regret to state that till date, the day book statement has not been furnished to
me. I kindly request your good self to furnish a true copy of the entire day book statement
