Strawberry Ingredients
Jam ● Lots of strawberries
● ½ cup water
● Powdered sugar, salt
● Lemon juice & zest

Preparation
1. Crush all the strawberries
2. Mix sugar, pinch of salt, crushed
strawberries, lemon juice in a
saucepan.
3. Stir over low heat until sugar is
dissolved
4. Keep stirring
5. When it starts getting thicker the jam
is ready.
6. Transfer to a bowl.

Ready in 30 minutes
Serves 6 people
