Title

Definition BPA or Bisphenol A is a chemical that is used in the

 The bill seeks to ban the use of BPA within thirty (30)
days from its approval and mandates manufacturers of
baby products to use the least toxic alternative in any
reusable baby food or beverage containers for baby
products.

 Manufacturers are further mandated not to replace
BPA with substances that are known carcinogens,
those that have carcinogenic potentials, likely
carcinogens, known to be human carcinogens, likely
to be human carcinogens, or suggestive of being
carcinogens, and those with reproductive toxicants
that the Department of Health has identified to cause
defects, reproductive harm, or developmental harm.
