Small-Group Learning Contract

 Group Leader: Sandra Montero V.


 Group communication: Zoom and group text.
 Group expectations:
1. Everybody should have a clear role.
2. Every team member will have their respective tasks done entirely and effectively.
3. Constructive feedback should be provided and accepted.
4. Group disagreements and concerns will be addressed immediately.
5. Questions and unexpected problems should be transmitted instantly.
6. Everybody will treat others respectfully.
7. Every member should review each work; if no feedback is provided, it could be
inferred that everyone is satisfied with the result.
8. Conflict will be directed by involving the whole group and deciding, based on the
majority, what the solutions are.
9. Incomplete or absent work must be communicated beforehand and split within
the remaining members.
10. Synchronously meetings will be attended by each group member, and if not
possible, it will be informed in advance. The team leader will reach that person
and let them know what was discussed.
11. All work done will be our own, no plagiarism involved.
12. Individual assignments will be finished at least a day before the due date and
sent to the other members.
13. Schedules should be shared a week before synchronous assignments to keep
organized.
14. Tasks will be divided evenly among members.
15. Meet or transcend assignments’ requirements.
16. Everyone should have a common understanding of goals and tasks.
