This is a report that monitors the process from the time a customer places an order to the time

the order is delivered. It’s a detailed report that shows orders in the system that the company

would have validated and confirmed that the current stockholding can match up the proposed

orders. The author used it to show what the orders in the system were and send out the

information to relevant recipients who would then through the list of billed documents

compare what has been billed against what has been confirmed so that they push for billing to

realize a recordable sale. Also the report is used by the author to calculate lost sales. Lost

sales are those that the customer would have placed as an order but the system cannot

confirm because the stock keeping units (SKUs) are not in stock. Also lost sales may be that

that the CCFOT analysis proffers. Through the integration of BW and order management the

author could help customer services mates calculate case fill on time (CCFOT) which is a

product of case fill (of the ordered quantities how much or how many quantities are in stock

(order management confirmed quantities)) and delivery on time D.O.T (what has been

delivered on time (confirmed and billed orders but with required delivery dates met)).
