CHIEF OF MARITIME SERVICES:

Responsible for the operation, maintenance and maintenance of terminal assets,
control, evaluation and optimization of operations and sales of services to the ship
and other customers.
Responsible for the operational coordination of the contracted storage service and
the adequate customer service.
Comply with the provisions of the Integrated Management System of the company.

COORDINATOR OF MARITIME SERVICES:

The coordinator is responsible for the provision of services required by customers
within the terminal and for the coordination of operational activities that are carried
out within the port area.
Responsible for the coordination of the use of the common areas of the terminal as
well as adequate attention and customer satisfaction

SUPERVISOR OF MARITIME SERVICES:

The supervisor is responsible for supporting the Chief of Operations in improving

the service-oriented processes.

Responsible for the control of berths and departures of ships and work programs,
the transfer of information for the preparation of documentation associated with the
collection of services rendered.

Responsible for the control and maintenance of the areas with respect to the
established according to the Integrated Management System of the company.
