KOM: From the date of KOM and the Engineer's Instrution, shall commence 23 MOBILIZATION : During this period, Aqua Matrix Project Engineer shall submit all Data sheets, Drawings, PAID, Fow Diagram, Project Schedule etc, to Project Engineer for Employer's approval, 2.4 APPROVALS: Approvals all Datasheets, Drawings, PID, Flow Diagram, Project Schedule etc, shallbe received from the Employer's Representative within 7 days of submission 25 IVILWORKS: Our Project / Design engineer shall vst ste at identified key stages to verify the cv mensions and elevations. 26 PROCUREMENT: Our Procurement team shall commence process of procuring ‘the equipment and fabrications. (OPERATION & MAINTENANCE: The Pant shall be optimized and handed over for regular operation. TRAINING: On provision of operators and staff, Aqua Matrix shall tran them to ‘operate the plant HANDING OVER OF STP: The Plant shall be handed aver to the Employer / nominated contactor for regular operation & Maintenance. Woks {Allcvil works shall be constructed in accardance wth specications and approved drawings. 6 ERECTION OF EQUIPMENT ‘All equipment including Tans, Fier, Blower, Pumps, Electrical Panel etc, shall be erected in accordance with specifations and approved drawings. 2 INTERCONNECTION OF EQUIPMENT Cn erection of all equipment the Tanks, Fier, Blower, Pumps, Electrical Panel et. shall be Interconnected in accordance with the process a speci forthe approved option. COMMISSIONING (on erection and interconnections of all equipment, the Tanks, Fer, Blower, Pumps, Electrical Panel tc, shall be checked as per the Pre Commissioning Procedures prepared on the recommendations ofthe manufacturers / vendor.(on completion of the Pre Commissioning Procedures’ the check ist shall be submitted to the Employer's Representative for their ecards. 9. ‘COMMISSIONING Prior to commissioning a commissioning procedure shall be prepared and got approval from the Employer's representative (On readiness and on an agreed time and date the STP shall be commissonedinthe presence ‘of Employers representative and checked for proper operation of allquipment and confirms ‘thatthe complete system meets requirements of design and operating philosophy. In ease of any corrections required during commissioning by the Employer's representative 2 punch Ist shall be made and mutually signed fr corrections within atime agreed upon. (On satisactory completion of commissioning, commissioning report shall be submitted to Engineer/ Employer for acceptance and issue of Completion Certificate. 20, ASBUILT DRAWINGS AND O&M MANUALS After commissioning athe carrected and final drawings and the Operation & Maintenance ‘Manual shall be submitted tothe Employer's Representative un.
