1. Please define
a. Virus
Based on K book, Virus are obligate intracelluler parasites and vary from 20 to
400nm size. Have varied shape and chemical composition, and at their most
fundamental lever are composed simply or protein and DNA or RNA. And the based
on the vidio, size(virus is very tiny),shape and the component.And the important
thing,virus can't classified as a living things.
Because,they don't have an organel Cell.That's why,a whole of them need a host cell
to be alive.

b. Virion
Virion is the fully assembled virus(enveloped or naked).It is mean that the complete
virus particle consist of RNA or DNA with a protein coat sometimes with external
envelpoes and that is extracellular infections form of a virus.

2. a. Please classify the virus classification based on International Commitee on Taxonomy

of Viruses (ICTV)
Based on BIOS- instant note of microbiology,ICTV had been stated (the universal
taxonomy) in 2010 consisting of 6 orders (caudiovirales, herpesvirales,
mononegavirales, nidovirales, picornavirales and tymovirales)and comprising a total of
87 families,19 subfamilies,and 348 genera .there are 2288 species of virus had been
discovered,but hundreds remain unassigned to any of taxonomic groupings. it
happens because the lack of data and the continual emergence of the viruses.
