Manual for Chef

1. He/ she will not be part / become a part of the any other food & beverage related business.
2. If he/she wants to become a part of part of other food & beverage related business within 5
years joining needs to pay the company Rs. 25 lac or revenue of past 6 months, whichever is
higher, through one single cheque. No instalments/ part payments will be entertained.
3. Any recipes shared with him/ her or invented by him/her will be register under the
company’s name, of course the credit will be given to him/her.
4. He/ she cannot publish/ disclose these recipes any other places apart from company
premises / top official of the company. (Other Places like exhibition, on any kind of social
platform, any forums.)
5. He/she need to record the all final recipes in the master book of recipes of the company
with ingredients and Directions.
6. He/ she need to teach all the recipes to the all partners of the company on camera.
7. He/she need to train his/her co-chef.
