Abstract:

The “BANK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” undertaken as a project is based on relevant technologies. The
main aim of this project is to develop software for bank management system. This project is to develop
software for bank management system. This project has been developed to carry out the processes easily
and quickly, which is not possible with the manuals systems, which are overcome by this software The
BANK has been working for Accounts information, Withdrawal, Deposit amount. In this Software you
can keep record for daily Banking transactions. THE OBJECTIVE is to prepare a software or application,
which could maintain data & provide a user friendly interface for retrieving customer related details just
in few seconds, with 100% accuracy. Software is completely computerized, so it is not time consuming
process. No paper work required & can be implemented further.

Proposed System:

The proposed system is highly computerized in which the data related to user accounts will be secured
high with high accuracy that even reduced the machine damage and human made errors and this existing
system is highly efficient to offer best services to the customers as well as bank because it has user
friendly access that customers less time when compare with a normal banking system. When the data is
entered it will check for its validity. Appropriate messages are provided as when needed so that the user
will not be in a maze of instant.

The data entry screen is designing such a way that all the data manipulates can be performed, it also
provides record viewing facilities. Our Project developing as per the below figures. In this project for
online banking system, the user can register first and then login. When user login successfully they will
perform the operation like money withdraw, money transfer, deposit, transfer account in one location to
another location etc. Admin has all authority to handle all the user account and transactions in a sequence
to avoid unauthorized user. Costumer can update his data like address, contact number etc. User can
transfer money, deposit money, withdraw and check account balance through online banking system.

CPU Processor: Pentium IV 2.4GHz and above

RAM: 4 GB (Minimum recommended)

Hard Disk Space: 40 GB

Software Requirements:-

OS: Windows Vista and above

Environment: Java 8 +

Technologies Used: Java, MYSQL.

Front-End: Java FX

Back-End: MySQL

Tools Used: Eclipse, Scene Builder

Real time applications:-

A bank is a financial institution which accepts deposits, pays interest on pre-defined rates, clears checks,
makes loans, and often acts as an intermediary in financial transactions. It also provides other financial
services to its customers.
Bank management governs various concerns associated with bank in order to maximize profits. The
concerns broadly include liquidity management, asset management, liability management and capital
management.

 It's convenient, because you can easily pay your bills and transfer your funds between accounts
from nearly anywhere in the world.

 You can keep an eye on your transactions and account balance all the time.

 It's a great medium for the banks to endorse their products and services.

 It is available all the time. You can perform your tasks from anywhere and at any time, even at
night or on holidays when the bank is closed. The only thing you need to have is an active
internet connection.

 You do not have to stand in a queue to pay off your bills. Also you do not have to keep receipts of
all of your bills, as you can now easily view your transactions.

 You can easily make transaction, withdraw money, check your account status without any delay
just a few clicks away!!

 Very handy System, especially during the time of Covid-19, People don’t have to come in any
kind of Physical contact. All the Work related to money can be done from anywhere, anytime.
