One of the most interesting things to see in Colombia is the a beach of The Municipality of San

Antero is in the north of the department of Córdoba, on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, at the
mouth of the Sinú River. San Antero is a municipality located on the north coast of Colombia, in
the department of Córdoba, approximately 75 km from it´s capital (Montería), on the road that
leads to the municipalities of Coveñas and Tolú.

It´s territory is ondulating, its average temperature is 33 ° C.

In the Bay of Cispatá there are White Sand beaches, as well as mangrove forests with a great
diversity of flora and fauna. A characteristic that makes San Antero special is that it is the only
municipality in Colombia with coastal dolphins, with two species being found: the pink dolphin,
the same one found in the Amazon River, and the gray dolphin. There is also a species of
hicoteas only seen in this municipality (albino turtles)

The characteristics of the territory are exceptional compared to other municipalities, due to its
geographical location and the beauty of its beaches and mangroves that are part of its
surrounding area.The typical foods of San Antero are sea fish, seafood casserole, crab rice,
the hotels are cheap and the people are interesting
