The Most Common Objections

MONEY:
• It’s more expensive than I thought.
• I can’t afford that right now.
• It’s not really in my budget.
• I’ve already spent hundreds of dollars on creams and supplements and I have a gym
membership I never use.
• I have to ask my husband, he manages the money.
• I have to discuss it with my spouse/partner first, and he’s likely to say “No” because I’ve
already spent so much money and nothing has worked.

• I don’t have enough time to cook because my kids have too many afterschool activities.
• I’ve tried all the meal plans out there, so why is yours any different?
• I’ve tried something very similar before and it didn’t really work for me.

TIMING:
• I’m going away on vacation. Maybe I’ll start later.
• Right now is not really a good time for me.
• I’ll start after the holiday season is over.
• This sounds like it will take a long time to get any real results.
